This allows the leaders a fair amount of time to process the problem and to come up with an effective solution to it. When introvert pitches in with an idea, the teams are found likely to follow because they are aware that a considerable amount of thought will always be considered before the introvert’s voice out. Assumptions that the introverts are great listeners create a belief that they have already paid close attention to each and every detail and that this perspective is what works best for the organization.
